High quality items, such as electronics, computer and household appliances can be returned only within the term specified according to the purchase and sale rules and in the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

Items of defective quality will be replaced or returned in accordance with the 'Rules for Return and Exchange of Goods', approved by Order No. 217 of the Minister of Economy of 29 June 2001.
Return of goods of appropriate quality is carried out by Order No. 258 of the Minister of Economy of 17 August 2001 approved in accordance with the procedure established by 'Rules for the Sale of Goods and Provision of Services when Contracts are Concluded by means of Communication'
The following conditions must be met when returning the goods:
The returned product must be sent in their original packaging
All products must be intact and in new and unused conditions
The product must not have lost its commercial appearance (intact label, peeled off protective film, etc.)
The returned item must be in complete set received by the buyer at the time of purchase.
When returning a product, you have to fill in and insert Exchange & Return form which was provided to you with the product. Also, it is necessary to present the purchase document and warranty card (if issued).
